Clerk Accessibility Information

The Suwannee County Clerk’s office is committed to ensuring that persons with disabilities receive full and equal access to the judicial system.

If you have a disability and would like to request that court documents be made available in a specific format, email the Clerk of Court’s ADA Coordinator at clerkmail@suwgov.org. or call (386) 362-0500. In addition, our ADA Coordinator is available to assist all persons with disabilities who need accommodations when interacting with the Clerk of the Court, or who need modifications to the Clerk of Court’s policies, practices, and procedures due to a disability.

If you have a disability and the format of any material on our web pages interferes with your ability to access the information, please email the Clerk of Court’s ADA Coordinator at clerkmail@suwgov.org or call (386) 362-0500. To enable us to respond in a manner most helpful to you, please indicate the nature of the accessibility problem, the web address of the requested material, your preferred format in which you want to receive the material (electronic format (ASCII, etc.), standard print, large print, etc.), and your contact information.

If you wish to file a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or a complaint about the inaccessibility of court documents or the Clerk of Court’s website, email the Clerk of Court’s ADA Coordinator at clerkmail@suwgov.org or call (386) 362-0500.

If you need special assistance due to a disability to participate in a court proceeding, please contact the Third Circuit Court Administration ADA Coordinator at (386) 362-0500 at least 7 days before your scheduled court appearance (or immediately upon receiving an official notification if the time before the scheduled appearance is less than 7 days). If you are hearing or voice impaired, call 711.
