The Suwannee County Clerk’s Office will be closed until Tuesday, September 5 due to widespread power outages and damage due to Hurricane Idalia. Please continue to check our website or Facebook page in case this re-opening date changes due to continued storm-related issues.
Due to the lingering effects from Hurricane Idalia, ALL court proceedings for the week of September 4-8 have been postponed, including:
- Tuesday, September 5th – County Court
- Wednesday, September 6th – Juvenile Court
- Thursday, September 7th – Felony Court
- Friday, September 8th – Small Claims Court
Defendants will be renoticed for their new court date. Please continue to monitor the Clerk’s website and Facebook for further information on Idalia-related events.
